I ordered this cute shirt but had to ask Etsy support to help me with this order as I’ve not heard from the seller since my purchase. I’d find this shirt from someone else. It’s really too bad. Folks would wait for long time if they only had some communication. Thank you Etsy support for you’re help!!!

1 out of 5 starsMy shirt was marked delivered when it wasn’t. I reached out to see about getting another shipped. I never got a response but today received the shirt in the mail. The picture online was a bright orange but the one I got was a lot darker. When I took the shirt out of the package, the shirt was damp and the paper receipt was wet and crumpled. I’m not sure why the shirt was wet, but it made it have an awful smell. At the end of the day I’m glad I finally received the item.

2 out of 5 starsSadly, this order was totally disappointing. I ordered these with an estimated delivery date of May 18, 2022, about a week after the order was placed. I checked on the status of the order since I never received an email update of whether it had been shipped or not and there wasn't any updates available for the status, only showing that I paid for it. May 18 comes up and still no updates, I contacted the seller to ask when I should be expecting my order but no response at all. I was about to request a refund because of the radio silence and then I received an email saying my order shipped. My order finally arrived May 27, 2022 and I'm really bummed with the cups themselves. They're filthy. There is dark brown/green residue on the inside of the cups and hard water stains on the cup. The cap has dark spots and fuzz. Super bummed :/

Shipping
Accessory orders placed on a business day (Monday-Friday) will be shipped the next business day. Orders placed on the weekend will be shipped the next business day.
All of our apparel is currently made to order and takes 1-10 business days to ship. Usually, orders ship out within 3 business days, but they can take longer due to delays from our supplier. Please message us with any questions on where your order is in processing.
Also, once we give the packages to USPS, they are out of our hands. We DO NOT offer refunds or replacements for delayed or missing packages. Please contact USPS and your local post office to help find your missing package.
